 In addition to self-pay, the following insurance and EAP plans are accepted. To determine if you have mental health coverage, prior to contacting us, check your coverage carefully and find out the following information from your insurance provider: 
  • Do I have mental/behavioral health benefits and what are they?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • What is my co-pay per session?
  • How many therapy sessions per year does my plan cover?
  • Is approval required from my doctor or primary care physician?

Employee Assistance Programs

 In addition to insurance, we also accept Employee Assistance Programs to support individuals who would benefit fro work to expand access to services through EAP programs through collaboration as an affiliate with EAP providers. We work with each client to transition to an ongoing relationship or provide an appropriate referrals outside Whole House.

Good Faith Estimate
